Description
Renesas is hiring a Technical Leader for an individual-contributor role focused on Analog and Power IC development in its Power Business Unit. The role leads end-to-end design and development of power management ICs, including voltage regulators, switching and linear DC-DC converters, PMICs, and related analog blocks, from specifications through silicon validation and production. Responsibilities include technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, resolving design risks, and guiding complex analog and control-loop architectures. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering and at least 15 years of Analog Circuit Design experience.
