Description
PointFive is hiring a senior backend engineering leader to join its core engineering team and drive high-impact technical initiatives from conception through production. The role owns complex AI and data domains, designs scalable cloud infrastructure and pipelines, bridges product and technology, establishes engineering standards, and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least eight years of backend software engineering experience, strong coding fundamentals, production experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and distributed databases, and practical experience with large data volumes, data pipelines, or AI/LLM technologies.
