The role leads Java web application development and delivery, coordinates architecture and testing, drives technical projects and continuous improvement, and manages developer recruitment, training, workloads, and performance. Candidates need 7+ years of Java web development experience, including 4+ years as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead, a computer science or engineering degree, and strong expertise in Spring Boot microservices, REST web services, API gateways, databases and SQL, containers, cloud platforms, version control, Agile/Scrum, and Jira.
