The role involves owning frontend architecture, ensuring code quality, and driving team growth. Responsibilities include leading UI architecture, writing code for complex features, reviewing PRs, managing technical debt, and coordinating with other teams. Additionally, the Technical Lead will focus on team development, conducting performance reviews, holding 1:1s, making hiring decisions, and fostering a high-performing team culture. They will also champion AI coding tools, build AI-powered UI features, and continuously improve the product using Bolt.new.
