Description
The Technical Leader oversees production-line contributors and inspectors, supporting final inspection, quality-system compliance, production targets, employee training, documentation, inventory, equipment calibration, safety, and daily production reporting. The role also leads process-improvement activities, coordinates resources, and may control scheduling in the supervisor's absence. It requires secondary education, at least three years of company or medical-industry experience, and desirable knowledge of production management, quality controls, Agile, Oracle, Microsoft Office, Spanish, and basic English.
