Axcera is hiring a full-time Technical Leader to combine hands-on software development with engineering leadership. The role guides technical direction, mentors engineers, establishes engineering practices, and shapes platform architecture and product vision for scalable fintech applications. Responsibilities include building frontend and backend systems with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and related technologies; ensuring reliability, security, performance, and maintainability; and leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency. The position requires at least six years of software development experience, including four years in a lead role, along with strong full-stack and TypeScript expertise.
