Axcera is hiring a full-time Technical Leader to drive the technical direction of its backend development, mentor engineers, and shape the product and technical vision for fintech and Forex trading technologies. The role involves architecting and maintaining scalable Node.js and TypeScript backend services and APIs, designing high-availability systems, leading the backend roadmap, and applying AI tools and automation to improve developer productivity and product quality. Candidates need at least six years of backend development experience, including four years in a lead role, along with strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, security, testing, observability, and performance optimization.
