Axcera is hiring a full-time Technical Leader to drive the technical direction of frontend development for fintech and Forex trading solutions. The role leads and mentors engineers, sets code standards, collaborates with backend, product, and design teams, and owns the frontend roadmap. Responsibilities include architecting and maintaining scalable React and NextJS web applications, ensuring performance, usability, accessibility, and zero-downtime deployments, and leveraging AI tools to improve developer experience and product quality. The position requires at least six years of frontend development experience, including four years in a lead role, along with strong TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UI/UX, and backend collaboration skills.
