Required Previous Experiences: 12 years’ relevant experience in railway systems, metro operations, or infrastructure projects
5 years should be at managerial level
Preferred Qualifications: Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution
managing complex technical systems and multidisciplinary teams
strong problem solving and decision making capabilities
operate effectively in a matrix organisation and influence without direct authority
leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
sound commercial and operational judgement
written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
