Smiths Detection is seeking a Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across large installations and projects. The role involves strong electronic technical problem-solving, exceptional product knowledge, and effective communication. Responsibilities include planning and executing technical installations, resolving technical issues, driving customer satisfaction, and maximizing operational performance. The Technical Lead will contribute to design, quality assurance, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of various security products like Explosive Trace Detection, X-ray, CT, or AMD. They will assess product performance, recommend improvements, collaborate with third parties, document procedures, and inform stakeholders of technical service issues.
