Description
The Technical L&D Manager will design and deliver graduate development programmes, bursary initiatives, and internal talent-development programmes for BET, while managing stakeholder relationships with Star Factory and BET People and leadership teams. The role oversees learner experience, programme evaluation, compliance with SETA and QCTO requirements, vendor relationships, and data-driven reporting to support talent strategy. It requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related technical discipline, a postgraduate qualification in L&D or OD is advantageous, and 5–8 years of Learning and Development or Talent Development experience, including managing graduate programmes, bursaries, or early talent pipelines.
