Description
RSA is hiring a Technical Learning Experience Designer to create and maintain scalable digital learning experiences for cybersecurity and identity-security solutions. The role develops eLearning courses, hands-on labs, simulations, videos, microlearning, assessments, learning paths, and performance support; applies learner-centered design and instructional design principles; uses modern authoring, LMS, simulation, AI, and digital learning technologies; and collaborates with product, engineering, customer success, support, documentation, and subject-matter-expert teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience with digital learning and technical enablement, strong communication and project-management skills, fluent English, and up to 25% travel.
