Description
The role is responsible for maintaining operational readiness, compliance, and performance of site infrastructure, including buildings, technical networks, lifting equipment, and water treatment systems. The person will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee service providers, manage CMMS-based maintenance tracking, take part in audits and investigations, contribute to continuous improvement and digitization, and lead certain technical works and projects while ensuring safety, deadlines, costs, and technical requirements are met.
