Description
The Building Maintenance Technician performs physical and technical maintenance and security of the Auberge Saint-Antoine and its restaurants, including minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, painting, IT, audiovisual, and other building systems. The role also handles snow and ice removal, guest requests, and participation in annual room renovations. A Class 5 driver's license is required, while similar experience, broad building-maintenance knowledge, and relevant DEC or DEP credentials are assets.
