Description
Stemac is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate, train, and delegate electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, and facilities technicians; monitor maintenance planning, schedules, costs, and department indicators; develop factory efficiency improvement projects; and supervise contracted services and suppliers. The role requires an engineering or technology degree, strong automation knowledge, CNC maintenance experience, and experience with maintenance management and maintenance metrics such as TPM, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
