Samtec, Inc. is hiring a Technical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all shifts and processes in connector manufacturing. The role manages safety, technician scheduling, staff discipline and performance, procurement, machinery improvement projects, preventive maintenance, and investigations involving automated manufacturing equipment. The position requires at least five years of experience working as a technician on automated machines in a manufacturing environment, an engineering degree, 20/40 correctable vision, the ability to lift 70 pounds, and the ability to stand or sit for more than 90 minutes.
