Description
UPP is hiring a permanent full-time Maintenance Supervisor for its onsite team in Oxford. The role leads and coaches a team of four, manages planned and reactive maintenance, PPM, CAFM records, subcontractors, permits, health and safety, and service standards for student accommodation. It requires maintenance-team management experience, knowledge of building maintenance and statutory compliance, a minimum Level 2 qualification in plumbing or electrical work, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position pays up to £44,000 per annum and includes holiday, pension, training, and other benefits.
