Description
The Team Leader will lead and motivate a technical department, supervise preventive and predictive maintenance of machines and installations, analyze processes for cost savings, coordinate maintenance work on installations, buildings, and utilities, and enforce safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards. The role requires a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a two-shift schedule from 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00.
