Description
The employer is hiring a Technical Team Leader in Maintenance for an immediate permanent contract. The role leads and coaches technicians, coordinates and prioritizes maintenance work, supports complex breakdowns, conducts root-cause analyses, coordinates with production supervisors, organizes the workshop, monitors safety, and manages maintenance reporting. Candidates need a higher technical education in electromechanics, automation, or an equivalent field, relevant technical maintenance or production leadership experience, knowledge of industrial production and automation systems, and strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills in Dutch and English.
