Description
Randstad Belgium is hiring a Team Supervisor in Bavegem to supervise preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate maintenance work on installations, buildings, and utilities, control costs, enforce safety and hygiene standards, and coach employees. The role requires a technical background and at least a secondary education diploma in electromechanics, along with independent work, communication, initiative, leadership, and a positive attitude. It follows a two-shift schedule of 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00.
