Description
Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen is hiring a Technical Maintenance Work Manager to prepare, coordinate, and supervise maintenance work in shipyard facilities. The role liaises with work planners, foremen, subcontractors, project teams, operations, and engineering; manages maintenance programs and systems such as Maximo; monitors planning, quality, safety, and progress; and supports ship projects. The position requires MBO level 4 education in mechanical, mechatronics, or process engineering, several years of technical maintenance experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and Dutch and English proficiency. The salary is €3,750–€5,000 gross per month for full-time employment, excluding holiday allowance.
