OptimaMed is hiring a full-time Technical Maintenance Worker for its Health Resort Bad Wimsbach. The role maintains and services technical systems, documents guidelines and accident-prevention measures, monitors compliance, operates systems efficiently, performs building repairs and refurbishment, handles outdoor grounds care, and advises on technical questions and system improvements. Applicants should have completed a technical or trade apprenticeship, strong IT and technical-systems knowledge, secure German communication skills, empathy, flexibility, and a class B driver’s license. The position offers EUR 2,361.00 gross per month under the Kur-Reha Collective Agreement, flexible working models, development opportunities, and employee benefits.
