Description
Bosch is hiring a Technical Manager – AI Software and Processes for its Compute Performance business unit in North America. The role leads regional strategy for applying artificial intelligence across engineering, product development, and business processes; coaches teams through AI-assisted development; advises on AI investments and organizational development; and develops architectures and processes for AI-enabled automotive products, including cockpit and ADAS solutions. The position requires a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, at least five years of experience in automotive software or embedded systems, and experience leading global engineering projects and AI or machine learning technical integration.
