Description
The Technical Manager oversees the daily activities of a design office, supervises draftspeople, plans department activities, coordinates with site managers and management, prepares preliminary project plans, allocates tasks, analyzes and optimizes manufacturing processes, checks measurements and plans, and forwards files for production. The role requires a diploma in industrial drafting, a bachelor’s degree in construction, or an architecture degree, several years of experience in the role or a similar design-office position, and in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, and Solidworks. Compensation is 3,500–4,500 euros gross per month, with meal vouchers, a company car, eco-vouchers, a laptop, and team-consulted vacation.
