Arcadis is hiring a Technical Manager for its Integral Project and Program Management business unit in the western Netherlands, primarily in the Amsterdam and Rotterdam region. The role manages the design process, execution contracts, design memoranda, coordination, quality assurance, and specialist teams across medium- and large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects. Candidates need a completed technical higher professional education, at least three years of experience progressing to a design lead or technical manager role, strong independent design and communication skills, and leadership ability.
