Description
The Technical Manager will oversee the technical management and maintenance of commercial properties, including electrical and mechanical installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, faults, improvements, schedules, quality, budgets, and contract agreements. The role coordinates technicians, subcontractors, and technical partners, advises customers, and identifies additional work and sustainability opportunities. It requires strong technical expertise, relevant engineering or installation-technology education, prior technical management experience, independent decision-making, and a Category B driver's license. The position is based in the Schiedam region and offers a gross monthly salary of approximately €4,500 to €6,000, along with vacation days, a company car, equipment, pension, and training opportunities.
