FWG Solutions is seeking a Technical Manager to supervise entry and mid-level staff supporting the U.S. Navy’s Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program on-base. The role involves managing assembly activities, interpreting blueprints, operating machine tools, and ensuring quality control. The manager will also maintain customer relationships, ensure staff certifications, and foster team collaboration. This position requires a strong technical background in electronics, IT systems, and naval C4N systems, along with leadership and problem-solving skills.
