Description
The Technical Manager will lead technical teams at the Grevenbroich plant, ensuring production equipment and technical infrastructure availability, preventive maintenance, fault resolution, spare parts management, maintenance and investment budgets, automation and optimization projects, and compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and HSE standards. The role also supports continuous improvement, the Intersnack Work System, and cross-site technical collaboration. Candidates should have technical vocational training or a technical degree, prior responsibility for teams, equipment, and budgets, and strong German and English communication skills.
