LSEG is hiring a Technical Manager to lead engineering teams within its Wealth, Investment Management, and Investment Banking Technology group. The role owns end-to-end solution delivery, technical architecture, UI and API engineering, engineering capacity, risk mitigation, CI/CD and release governance, and cross-team coordination. It requires a bachelor’s degree, significant hands-on engineering and leadership experience, expertise in React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, distributed and microservices architectures, relational databases, CI/CD tools, and Agile/Scrum delivery, plus mandatory knowledge of AI development, MCP, agents, and skills.
