Description
McAdams is hiring a Technical Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control across civil engineering and land-development projects. The role oversees project setup, execution, and closeout; resolves complex design issues; coordinates technical requirements with clients, agencies, and sub-consultants; manages civil engineering documents; supports project scope, budget, and schedule; and mentors engineers, designers, and CAD technicians. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, EI and PE credentials, at least seven years of civil site design experience, and expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
