MicroTech is seeking a Technical Manager to support Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in Springfield, VA. The Technical Manager will support network infrastructure restoration and service operation, planning and coordinating activities, communicating with the CBP Incident Manager, and acting as the contract Point of Contact (POC) for Major Incident support and coordination. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications such as ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP, CIM, a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, a minimum of six (10) plus years of senior level networking experience administering enterprise infrastructures, and working knowledge of networking concepts, infrastructure, and equipment.
