Description
The Technical Manager will define and implement maintenance and asset-management policy, lead digitalization, automation, and preventive or predictive maintenance, manage a technical team and department budget, oversee suppliers and subcontractors, drive efficiency and sustainability improvements, and coordinate with internal stakeholders. The role reports to the plant manager and is a full-time freelance position in a chemical-logistics terminal in the Port of Antwerp, requiring a technical degree or equivalent experience, 8–10 years of relevant maintenance experience, change-management expertise, knowledge of industrial safety standards, and fluent Dutch and English.
