Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Leadership experience managing technical teams within watchmaking, service operations, manufacturing, or other skilled technical environments.
Preferred Qualifications: Rolex certification, or equivalent technical expertise, with a strong understanding of Rolex repair processes, quality standards, and workshop best practices.
Strong understanding of watchmaking operations, technical repair processes, workflow management, and quality control within a service center environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, build alignment across functions, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced operational setting.
Highly organized and operationally disciplined, with experience overseeing productivity, workload distribution, resource planning, and departmental performance.
