The role manages the maintenance department, oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzes breakdowns and KPIs, coordinates with technical and production teams, supports HSE compliance, and prepares investment budgets and analyses. Candidates need a higher education degree in electromechanics, engineering, or an equivalent field, at least five years of relevant industrial experience, and strong French, Dutch, and English skills.
