Description
Quest Global is seeking an engineering leadership professional to oversee technical engagement governance, guide technical leads and senior engineers, support project acquisition, evaluate team capabilities, onboard talent, ensure deliverable quality, manage customer relationships, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop team capability. The role requires substantial technical services experience supporting oil and gas process equipment, medium-to-large project experience, familiarity with P&IDs and related engineering documents, and strong communication skills; a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, at least 16 years of oil and gas experience, and experience leading a large engineering team are desired.
