The role owns the technical development of e-compressors and related components, manages projects from concept through series readiness, coordinates interdisciplinary teams and customers, and ensures quality, cost, and deadlines. Candidates need a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, several years of e-compressor or similar product development experience, project-management and stakeholder-collaboration experience, and German and English proficiency.
