PT AHK Testing Indonesia is hiring a full-time Technical Manager - Laboratory to manage laboratory technical methodologies, instructions, capability development, technical support, method standardization, analytical reliability, and compliance across Metals & Minerals, Energy, and Agriculture sectors. The role requires strong ISO 17025, QA/QC, analytical-method, instrumentation, calibration, troubleshooting, risk-assessment, and CAPA expertise, along with leadership, reporting, and technical-coaching capabilities. Candidates need at least 10 years of laboratory testing or analytical technical experience, 1–2 years of managerial or technical leadership experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and deep exposure to minerals, coal, coke, energy, agriculture, or inspection services.
