The Sinari Group is hiring a Technical Manager to lead Level 2 support for its TRAPLUS transport management system. The role manages critical customer incidents, coordinates support teams, maintains a knowledge base, develops corrective-action tools, identifies product improvements, and fosters continuous improvement. It is a permanent full-time position based in Nice, with remote work possible up to two days per week after onboarding, and offers a gross annual salary of €45,000 to €50,000.
