The role defines and oversees Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture, integrates SFO and Manhattan systems, governs ISV extensions, manages D365 licensing, leads development teams and technical consultants, and establishes architecture, DevOps, security, and documentation standards. Required skills include Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, and complex information-system architectures, along with supply-chain, order-management, CRM, and ERP knowledge.
