L3Harris is hiring a Technical Manager, Project Engineering in Palm Bay, Florida, on a 9/80 schedule. The role leads 20–30 project engineers, manages project plans and Integrated Master Schedules, provides engineering staffing and labor planning for space payloads and integrated space vehicles, supports technical proposals and Basis of Estimates, and oversees workforce development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with at least 10 years, or 16 years of experience without a degree, plus experience managing employees in an integrated engineering organization and an active TS/SCI security clearance.
