Description
Galderma is hiring a Technical Manager – Semi-Solid Products for a 24-month term to serve as the technical interface with external suppliers and internal stakeholders for semi-solid cosmetic products. The role leads process validation, verification, root-cause investigations, process improvements, technical transfers, manufacturing capability monitoring, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and manufacturing sites. It requires a university degree in a relevant field, 5 to 10 years of experience developing or manufacturing commercial semi-solid products, knowledge of GMP and GDP, project management experience, and strong English communication skills.
