PolyTALENT GmbH is seeking a Technical Manager SHK / Master Installer and Heating Engineer for a permanent, full-time position in the Klosterlechfeld area. The role leads technical projects in heating, plumbing, heat pumps, and air conditioning; plans and designs systems; prepares cost estimates, quotations, and change orders; builds and develops an SHK installation team; and coordinates installers, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and project schedules. The position requires a Master Installer and Heating Engineer qualification or comparable SHK qualification, at least five years of professional experience in plumbing, heating, or heat pump technology, and experience with planning, costing, and project management. The fixed annual salary is €54,000–€60,000 plus performance-based participation.
