Voleon is hiring a Technical Manager, Software Platform Engineering to lead a growing platform engineering team that builds and operates foundational services for research and trading systems. The role focuses initially on developer experience, including build systems, CI/CD, developer tooling, and deployment automation, with potential expansion into cloud platform services. The manager will own the domain roadmap, grow and mentor engineering talent, improve engineering and researcher productivity, and collaborate across infrastructure, security, research, and engineering. The position requires a computer science degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of engineering management experience, at least eight years of professional software engineering experience, and strong programming experience in Python, Go, C++, or similar.
