Description
The role performs technical evaluation of real estate projects and assets, including market and competitor research, asset valuation, data collection, property inspections, feasibility and risk analysis, project monitoring, compliance checks, fraud controls, portfolio audits, and vendor management. It also supports collections, negotiations, and the development of technical policies and reports. The position requires a graduate-level qualification in Civil or Architecture and minimum 1–5 years of experience in the field.
