HELPLINE is hiring a Technical MOE Project Manager to join a System Team supporting a major information-system transformation. The role leads strategic technical projects across the full lifecycle, including scoping, planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance, vendor management, production transition, and reporting. The position requires significant MOE technical project management experience, Agile and Scrum knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects in complex environments. It is a permanent contract starting in October in Niort, with gross compensation of €50,000–€60,000 per year.
