Description
The Mold Maintenance Technician maintains, optimizes, and repairs molds in an automotive production environment in the Aalst region. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, responding to production malfunctions, changing inserts, making minor adjustments, contributing to continuous improvement, and performing minor welding, turning, and milling on non-CNC machines. The role reports to the Tooling Maintenance team leader and requires an A2 mold-making or mechanics diploma or equivalent experience, extensive mold-maintenance experience, and an overhead-crane operating certificate; TIG welding and Engel injection-molding knowledge are advantageous. The position offers €16.80–€22 gross per hour.
