Description
The role serves as the primary technical interface between ST Microelectronics divisions and an OSAT subcontractor, coordinating technical events and inquiries across GOBM stakeholders. Responsibilities include improving OSAT assembly yield, supporting customer audits and technical resolutions, driving continuous improvement initiatives, training subcontractors, and supporting product, package development, NPI, technical reviews, and production ramp-up. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, experience with MEMS products and assembly or NPI processes, knowledge of MEMS methodologies and problem solving, strong communication skills, and English business proficiency.
