Description
The role serves as the primary technical interface between ST divisions and an OSAT subcontractor, managing technical events, customer and internal stakeholder inquiries, assembly and yield improvement, on-site audits, technical resolutions, continuous improvement initiatives, subcontractor training, and product, package development, and NPI support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, experience with WLCSP and bumping or DPS methodologies, knowledge of WLCS processes and problem solving, strong communication and collaboration skills, and English business proficiency.
