Description
Lead and manage the Technical Office, overseeing marine engineering, methods, and planning teams to ensure successful project delivery. This involves coordinating technical activities, allocating resources, monitoring team performance, and ensuring engineering deliverables meet project objectives and construction schedules. The role also includes preparing and reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, and engineering documentation for marine construction projects, particularly focusing on marine piling, quay walls, breakwaters, jetties, and dredging works. Close collaboration with Marine Methods and Planning Engineers is essential to align construction methodologies and schedules. Additionally, acting as the primary technical interface between the Technical Office and Construction Management teams, resolving technical challenges, and facilitating communication among all parties.
