The role leads the Technical Office for infrastructure project management, including its expansion, budgeting, planning, goal delivery, and professional leadership of team leads. The position requires a degree in civil engineering, business engineering, or a comparable qualification, several years of similar management experience, strong communication and advisory skills, and the ability to work with customers and external contacts.
